Cold Coffee

Cold coffee may be served already chilled, or poured hot over ice. Because sugar does not dissolve readily into cold liquids, it must be added either directly to the hot base, or to the finished product in the form of syrup.

Ingredients: 

  • 1cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Instant coffee
  • 1/2cup Chocolate ice cream
  • Cream as required
  • Chocolate as required

  Directions:

  1. In a blender blend together the milk along with coffee. 
  2. Then blend in the ice cream until smooth. 
  3.  Pour the cold coffee in serving glasses. 
  4. Garnish with grated chocolate and a dollop of cream.

Kashmiri Tea

 Kashmiri Tea is Occasionally drink in Pakistan. We look that Kashmiri Tea is normally added in the menu of weddings which took place in winter season. Kashmiri Tea is Pink in color that's why it is said as Pink Tea TOO.

  Ingredients: 


  • 6 tsp. ground pistachio/Almonds
  • 6 cups Water 
  • 6 tsp Green Tea Leaves
  • 15-20 Seeds of green Cardamom
  • 6 tsp. ground pistachio/Almonds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1-2 tsp. ground Cardamom
  • 1-2 liter Fresh Full Cream Milk
  • 1-2 tsp. bicarbonate of soda


Directions:


  1. Pour water in a heavy based large pan. 
  2. Add tea leaves, salt, seeds of green cardamom and bicarbonate of soda. Bring to boil reduce heat and simmer briskly for 4-5 minutes or until it reduces to 13 its quantity. 
  3. While it is still boiling pour in it about 2-3 cups of cold water or enough water to make four cups in all. Bring to boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes. 
  4. Remove from heat, strain and keep aside. Boil the milk with ground cardamom over low heat. 
  5. Pour prepared tea water (Qahwa) in the milk. Bring to boil, add salt and simmer for 3-5 minutes over low heat. 
  6. Remove from heat and pour into 6 cups. 
  7.  Pour 1 tablespoon of cream or malai. 
  8. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of pistachio/almonds over it. 
  9. Now it’s ready to serve.
