Ingredients:
- Fish Boneless- 3/4 lb
- corn starch- 1 tsp
- pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
- Carrot- 1 small
- Ginger- 1inch thick
- Oyster sauce- 1/2 tsp ( optional)
- Cooked Rice- 3 cups
- Chilly sauce- 1 tsp
- Fish sauce- a few drops(optional)
- Celery- 1/2 cup
- Soya sauce- 2 tsp
- Onion - 1 medium
- Capsicum - 1 cup :
- Spring onions - a little
- oil
Directions:
- Cut fish into small pieces.
- Marinate it for 10 minutes with soya sauce and half tsp of pepper powder.Just before frying add in corn starch and toss and fry fish till done.
- Keep this aside.
- In the same oil add garlic and ginger and fry for a minute.
- Next add onion and continue stir fry followed by chopped celery, spring onion,capsicum and carrots.
- When the vegetables are almost done add in all the sauces and fried fish and stir fry for a few seconds.
- Now add cooked rice and stir and mix well. Fish fried rice is ready.
