Fish Fried Rice

 Sea food is very delicious. it will give heat to your body. Fried rice is very simple and healthy dish. Fish fried rice is a combo of Fish Fried rice. Enjoy Chinese taste if fish by our Recipe.

  Ingredients:

  • Fish Boneless- 3/4 lb
  • corn starch- 1 tsp
  • pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Carrot- 1 small
  • Ginger- 1inch thick
  • Oyster sauce- 1/2 tsp ( optional)  
  • Cooked Rice- 3 cups 
  • Chilly sauce- 1 tsp
  • Fish sauce- a few drops(optional)
  • Celery- 1/2 cup 
  • Soya sauce- 2 tsp
  • Onion - 1 medium
  • Capsicum - 1 cup
  • Spring onions - a little
  • oil

Directions:

  1. Cut fish into small pieces. 
  2. Marinate it for 10 minutes with soya sauce and half tsp of pepper powder.Just before frying add in corn starch and toss and fry fish till done. 
  3. Keep this aside. 
  4. In the same oil add garlic and ginger and fry for a minute.
  5. Next add onion and continue stir fry followed by chopped celery, spring onion,capsicum and carrots. 
  6. When the vegetables are almost done add in all the sauces and fried fish and stir fry for a few seconds. 
  7. Now add cooked rice and stir and mix well. Fish fried rice is ready.

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice

 Chinese Chicken Fried Rice recipe is great for lunch or dinner. This one dish would be enough for enjoying your meal with family.

Yield: Serves 4 

  Ingredients: 

  •   Chicken ½ kg: (cooked cubes) 
  •   Oil: ½ tbsp 
  •   Onion: 1 (chopped) 
  •   Soy sauce: 6 tbsp 
  •   Carrot 2: (large, diced) 
  •   Coriander leaves: ½ cup (chopped) 
  •   Red bell pepper: 1 (large, diced) 
  •   Fresh pea: ¾ cup 
  •   Green bell pepper: ½ (large, diced) 
  •   White rice: 3 Cup (boiled) 
  •   Eggs: 2

Directions:

  1. In a pan heat oil. 
  2. Add onion and saute until soft. 
  3. Then add chicken and 2 tbsp soy sauce and stir fry for 5 to 6 minutes. 
  4. Stir in carrots, coriander leaves, red bell pepper, peas and green bell pepper and stir fry another 5 minutes. 
  5. Then add rice and stir thoroughly. 
  6. Finally, stir in scrambled eggs and leftover soy sauce, heat through and serve hot.

This Chicken Hakka Noodles are simple to prepare and tastes amazing. An extra chili flavor makes them delicious. 


Ingredients: -  

Boiled Noodles 2 cups -
Dried red chilies 3 -  
Ginger 1 inch piece -  
Garlic 2 tsp (chopped) -  
Capsicum 1 (sliced) -  
Carrot 1 (thinly sliced) -  
Spring onion 2 (chopped) -  
Soya sauce 2 tsp -  
Chicken 300 gm (cooked) -  
Salt to taste -  
Vinegar 1 tsp ...


 Instructions:  

1. Grind red chilies, ginger and garlic.  
2. Heat oil in a pan, add the chili paste and salt for a minute.. 
3. Now add capsicum and carrot.  
4. Put spring onion and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. 
5. Add in soya sauce and chicken pieces and toss well 
6. Now add noodles and salt (to taste) and mix well.    
7. Add vinegar and mix it well.    
8. Hakka Noodles is ready to serve.
