Ingredients:
- 1 cup Evaporated Milk
- 1 cup grated unsalted cottage cheese
- ½ tsp Green Cardamom Powder
- Few strands Saffron Strands dissolved in 1 tbsp warm milk
- 1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Garnish:
- Kewra or Rose Water few drops
- 1tbsp Slivered Almonds
- 1 tbsp Cut Pistachios
Directions:
- Put the ingredients in a sauce pan and heat on low heat and keep on stirring until it thickens up.
- Once it cools down, refrigerate.
- Before serving, sprinkle some Rose Water or Kewra and sprinkle the slivered almonds and pistachios on top.
