Stuffed Green Chillies (Stuffed Hari Mirchien) - People who like vegetables they want to cook them through different ways. So that they dont get bored by making same thing in same way. It makes your dishes more delicious when you serve some pickle or chuttni with lentils and vegetables.

Ingredients:
- Green chilies: 250 gm (big)
- Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp heaped
- Turmeric : 1 tsp
- Chili powder: 1 tsp
- Coriander: 2 tsp (roasted and crushed)
- Poppy seeds: 2 tsp (roasted)
- Dry mango powder: 1 tsp
- Onion seeds: 1 tsp
- Salt: 1 tsp
- Tomato paste2 tbsp:
- For Baghar::
- Green chilies: 6 (whole)
- Oil: ½ cup
- White Cumin: 1 tsp (whole)
Directions:
- Slit green chillies from centre and remove seeds.
- In a bowl mix together ginger garlic paste, ¼ tsp turmeric, chilli powder, coriander, poppy seeds, dry mango powder, onion seeds and yogurt.
- Fill this in the green chillies, preserve the remaining masala.
- Heat oil, add whole white cumin, red chili whole, chili powder, garlic paste, ½ tsp turmeric, salt and tomato paste with ¼ cup water and fry well.
- Add stuffed chillies with the left over masala, let it simmer on low flame till done.
