Ingredients: -
- Milk 1 kg -
- Sugar 6 – 7 tbsp -
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp -
- Almonds and pistachio 4 tbsp (chopped) -
- Pink color few drops -
- Tuk malinga 2 tbsp (soaked) -
- China grass 2 tbsp -
- Water 1 ½ cup -
- Red color few drops ...
Instructions:
1. China grass soaked in 1 ½ cup water and red color till set.
2. In milk mix sugar with vanilla essence, almonds and pistachio, pink color, soaked tuk malinga and china grass.
3. Serve chill
