Taskeen-E-Jaan Sharbat is very delicious drink. It gives you energy. Enjoy this homemade drink and serve to all.  

Ingredients: -  

  1. Milk 1 kg -
  2. Sugar 6 – 7 tbsp -  
  3. Vanilla essence ½ tsp -  
  4. Almonds and pistachio 4 tbsp (chopped) -  
  5. Pink color few drops -  
  6. Tuk malinga 2 tbsp (soaked) -  
  7. China grass 2 tbsp -  
  8. Water 1 ½ cup -  
  9. Red color few drops ...

 Instructions:  

1. China grass soaked in 1 ½ cup water and red color till set. 
2. In milk mix sugar with vanilla essence, almonds and pistachio, pink color, soaked tuk malinga and china grass.  
3. Serve chill
