Prawn Tempura

Published: Sea food tempura is crispy and tasty with all ingredients. It can be serve as appetizer of meal or as snack also. Always use fresh prawns instead of frozen to get a real taste.

Ingredients:
- Prawns: 300 gm (medium-sized)
- Ginger garlic paste: 2 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
- For Batter:
- Plain flour: 1 cup
- Corn flour: 1 cup
- Eggs: 3
- Green chilies: 2 tbsp (ground)
- Black pepper powder: ½ tsp
- White pepper powder: ½ tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Plain flour: 1 cup
- Oil: for frying
Directions:
- Marinate prawns with ginger, garlic paste and salt to taste.
- In a bowl, combine 1 cup plain flour, corn flour, eggs, green chilies, black pepper powder, white pepper powder and salt to taste.
- Coat prawns with 1 cup plain flour and dip in the prepared mixture.
- Fry until golden brown and serve hot.
