Ingredients:
- Pasta: ½ packet (boiled):
- Chicken boneless: ½ kg:
- Tomato puree: 1 cup:
- Mozzarella cheese: 1 cup:
- Mushrooms: 1 cup :
- Cream: ½ cup :
- Tomato puree: ½ cup:
- Cumin: 1 tsp:
- Oregano: 1 tsp:
- Garlic: 1 tbsp (crushed):
- Vinegar: 1 tbsp :
- Soya sauce: 1 tbsp:
- Salt: ½ tsp :
- Black pepper: 2 tsp (crushed):
- Oil: 4 tbsp:
Directions:
- Heat the oil in a pan, make small pieces of chicken boneless and fry with crushed garlic.
- When the chicken turns to golden brown, then add 1 cup tomato puree, crushed black pepper, salt, cumin, soya sauce and vinegar, cook on high flame.
- Then grease the oven, set the layer of boiled pasta and pour the chicken pieces.
- Now set another layer of pasta and pour 1/2 cup tomato puree, cream, mozzarella cheese and oregano.
- In the end put the oven tray in pre-heated oven for 20 minutes on 180 degree centigrade and bake it.
