Phulki And Dahi Baray

  Ingredients:  

  • 1/2 cup gram flour:  
  • 1/2 cup rice flour:  
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar:  
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder:  
  • 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds:  
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda:  
  • 1/2 kilogram yogurt:  
  • 1 packet cream:  
  • 1 cup milk:  
  • 1 pinch yellow food color:  
  • Oil for frying:  
  • Salt to taste:  
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala:  

Directions:

  1. In a bowl add gram flour along with flour of rice, yellow food color, cumin, carom, baking soda and salt. 
  2. Now mix it well. 
  3. Now pour some water to make thick paste. 
  4. Now shape them in phulki style and fry it and put them in the water. 
  5. Now yogurt, cream, caster sugar and milk and mix them well. 
  6. Now take phulkis out of water and decorate them in the dish and pour the yogurt mixture on the phulkies and sprinkle chaat masala. 
  7. Tasty creamy dahi baray are ready to serve.

Baked Creamy Pasta

Hot pasta with aromatic taste is superb in appetite. Everyone would love it's cheesy creamy flavorus texture in lunch.

Ingredients:  

  • Pasta: ½ packet (boiled):  
  • Chicken boneless: ½ kg:  
  • Tomato puree: 1 cup:  
  • Mozzarella cheese: 1 cup:  
  • Mushrooms: 1 cup :  
  • Cream: ½ cup :  
  • Tomato puree: ½ cup:  
  • Cumin: 1 tsp:  
  • Oregano: 1 tsp:  
  • Garlic: 1 tbsp (crushed):  
  • Vinegar: 1 tbsp :  
  • Soya sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: ½ tsp :  
  • Black pepper: 2 tsp (crushed):  
  • Oil: 4 tbsp:  

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, make small pieces of chicken boneless and fry with crushed garlic. 
  2. When the chicken turns to golden brown, then add 1 cup tomato puree, crushed black pepper, salt, cumin, soya sauce and vinegar, cook on high flame. 
  3. Then grease the oven, set the layer of boiled pasta and pour the chicken pieces. 
  4. Now set another layer of pasta and pour 1/2 cup tomato puree, cream, mozzarella cheese and oregano. 
  5. In the end put the oven tray in pre-heated oven for 20 minutes on 180 degree centigrade and bake it.

Malai Tikka Biryani

Ingredients:  

  • Chicken: ½ kg (boneless)
  • Rice: ½ kg (soaked)
  • Green tomatoes: ½ kg (cut in rounds)
  • Green chilies: 50 grams
  • Star anise seeds: 2
  • Green cardamoms: 4
  • Bay leaves: 2
  • Whole black pepper corns: 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder: 1 tsp
  • Whole white cumin seeds: 2 tsp 
  • Garlic, ginger paste: 2 tsp
  • Fresh cream: 1 cup
  • Yogurt: 1 cup (whipped)
  • Mint leaves: 2 bunches (chopped)
  • Screw pine: 1 tsp
  • Yellow food color: ½ tsp
  • Salt: 1 tsp:  
  • Butter: 50 grams
  • Oil: ½ cup 

Directions:

  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, salt, cream, black pepper, cumin, star aniseeds, red chilies, cardamoms and ginger, garlic paste for an hour. 
  2. Heat oil in a pot. 
  3. Add tomatoes and fry for a while. 
  4. Add chicken and cook for 20 minutes on medium flame. 
  5. In a separate pot heat butter and add green chilies, salt, bay leaves and rice with water. 
  6. Cook until water dries. 
  7. Make space in centre of cooked rice. 
  8. Place chicken, mint, screw pine and food color in the centre and put on dum. 
  9. Smoke ingredients before serving.

  Ingredients:  

  • Beef mince: ½ kg:  
  • Onion: ½ kg:  
  • Yogurt: 250 gm:  
  • Green cardamom: 2
  • Green chili: 4:  
  • Mint leaves: ½ bunch:  
  • Oil: ½ cup
  • Cumin seeds: 1 tbsp
  • Coconut: 1 tbsp (desiccated):  
  • Ginger garlic paste: 2 tsp:  
  • Beef mince: ½ kg:  
  • Raw papaya: 2 tsp:  
  • Red chili powder: 2 tsp:  
  • All spice powder: 2 tsp:  
  • Turmeric powder: ½ tsp:
  • Salt: ½ tsp:  

Directions:

  1. Mix together mince, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, turmeric, raw papaya and yogurt. 
  2. Mix well and leave it for 30 minutes. 
  3. Heat oil in pan, add chopped onion and fry well. 
  4. Add marinated mince, cover and cook for 10 minutes. 
  5. Now turn the flame high and fry well. 
  6. Toast cumin seeds, desiccated coconut and small green cardamoms. 
  7. Add to the mixture. 
  8. Lastly add green chilies, mint leaves. 
  9. Put a burning coal in pan, drop some oil, and cover for few minutes. 
  10. Now take out in serving dish, sprinkle all spice powder and serve.

Chocolate Chips Oats Cookies

These cookies are prepared with oat, sugar, chocolate chips. These fantastic cookies can be prepare for all festivals or served with tea also.

Ingredients:  

  • Eggs: 3 
  • Brown sugar: 1 cup
  • Oats: 2 cup
  • Chocolate chip; ½ cup 
  • Butter: 100 gm 
  • Cocoa powder: 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder: ½ tsp 
  • Vanilla essence: ½ tsp

Directions:

  1. Beat together, brown sugar, butter and vanilla essence. 
  2. Add oats, chocolate chip, cocoa powder and baking powder. 
  3. Mix well. Grease oven proof tray. 
  4. Make bars with the mixture in tray with some distance between each bar. 
  5. Bake in a pre heated oven of 150 degrees till firm. 
  6. Delicious chocolate chip oats cookies are ready to serve.
