Published:Cold coffee may be served already chilled, or poured hot over ice. Because sugar does not dissolve readily into cold liquids, it must be added either directly to the hot base, or to the finished product in the form of syrup.

Ingredients:
- 1cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Instant coffee
- 1/2cup Chocolate ice cream
- Cream as required
- Chocolate as required
Directions:
- In a blender blend together the milk along with coffee.
- Then blend in the ice cream until smooth.
- Pour the cold coffee in serving glasses.
- Garnish with grated chocolate and a dollop of cream.
