Gulab jamun is a dessert often eaten at festivals or major celebrations. It is a popular dessert in countries of the Subcontinent such as India, Pakistan, Nepal and Bangladesh.

Ingredients:
- Flour 125 gram
- Rang kaat 2 pints
- Pistachio as required
- Skimmed milk 375 gram
- Ghee 1 kg
- Sugar 250 gram
- Ammonium 1/4 tsp
- Soda 1/4 tsp
- Water 1 liter
Directions:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Take a bowl and add 2 cups of ghee and milk powder in it.
- Mix it by adding little water slowly.
- Then add soda, rang kaat, amonium and water. mix well.
- Add flour and mix well.
- Put the mixter in refrigerator to get it cool.
- Now add sugar and half liter water in a pan to make sugar syrup.
- Now make the small balls of the cooled mixture.
- Fry the balls on low flame, till golden brown.
- Now dip the fried balls in the sugar syrup.
- When get ready take out in a dish and ganish with pistachio and serve.
